PARQ - Your Smart Parking App

INTRODUCTION

We have entered a new era in the field of technology. Especially with the spread of the internet and mobile phones, it is possible to say that our view of the world has been reshaped. Technology is an innovation that benefits from unlimited advantages if used correctly. Simply, technology is a very powerful weapon. But it is very important to whom and what you direct the barrel. In recent years, the most important technological developments are the blockchain and artificial intelligence. Especially blockchain technology continues to enter every area of our lives. This innovation, which changes our view of money, allows us to do transactions much faster with fewer commissions. I read today, I saw in a report that only$ 3.94 commission was paid to transport $ 212 billion of cryptocurrency. Under normal circumstances, if this transfer was made through banks, the commission would probably have been thousands of times more.

Blockchain technology has begun to touch many different areas of our lives. Because this innovation is not just a payment tool, it is used in many areas of data storage, messaging, privacy, security and more. I may even have to write a separate article to explain the technological benefits it provides. But today I'm going to tell you about a new project. The name of this amazing project is PARQ.

PROBLEM

It has been almost 100 years since Henry Ford, who developed the mass production model, said, "You can choose the colour you want for your car, but it's black." During this time, the automotive industry developed at an incredible rate. It is a necessity to have a car in the old days when it is a luxury. Most families drive more than one car. Especially in metropolitan cities, there are very long traffic queues. On the way to work, looking for parking at work, on the way back from work, so we always face traffic and parking problems. Where we parked our cars is not always safe and cheap. The traffic problem is so big a problem that the geniuses like Elon Musk are working on technologies that will move cars underground. In addition, taxi companies such as Uber are becoming widespread, public transport vehicles are becoming widespread. Studies are being carried out to produce vehicles that can go from the air and from the sea. But even these developments can't solve the traffic problem and the parking problem. Due to the lack of parking spaces and the existence of problems such as who owns it, it is difficult to find a solution.

Due to excessive urbanization, there are a limited number of green areas and parking spaces. That's why people have serious problems parking their cars. If you put your car in a place where you shouldn't have it, you can be punished by the state. And your car is being confiscated. It is still not possible to understand which parking space is correct and available. Especially if you are a foreigner from outside the city, this problem is growing more and more. And unfortunately, so far, there was no project that was aware of this problem and wanted to produce a solution to it. But PARQ project has a few words to say to solve this problem.

MEET THE PARQ

The Parksen City Platform will use IoT devices, sensors, drivers, companies and municipalities to collect data and determine where the worst congestion is and what conditions are causing it. This data will be used in the accompanying real-time Parksen Parking Application and will then be used in all types of drives (public transportation, emergency services, etc.) Will provide information on the best possible avoidance of these areas. Information will also be shared with local municipalities so they can improve urban infrastructure structurally.

The Parq project has now started to work in agreement with 113 municipalities. The project is currently aiming to start operations in the Netherlands. Thanks to the project, drivers, municipalities, companies will try to solve the parking problem at the same time by setting up a joint consensus. Thanks to these actors who will exchange data with each other regularly, the parking problem will be solved radically.

Seeing the cities of the world deteriorated due to high levels of congestion and emissions, Parksen responds to all the economic, emotional and physical problems it brings. By using Ethereum blockchain technology, creating transparent smart contracts and releasing their Parq tokens, it aims to create a universal platform and real-time application for a variety of stakeholders.

• Parq Mobile App - The Parksen Park App is built for drivers and allows them to allocate and pay parking space premature, limiting search and emotional stress. This application also enables users to stream data in real time. In this way, drivers are immediately informed about traffic jams. • Parq Token - Token will be the preferred payment method for all parking activities and city development actions. Special token, which can be used to pay and receive for parking within the application, will also be used to pay and send hardware and software payments to your city, your company or your garage in the dashboard and Marketplace locations to help you contribute to greener cities.
