Blocktrades with Litecoin

in crypto •  7 years ago  (edited)

About a month ago, I wrote an article for a potential use case of Bitcoin Cash using Blocktrades. It had the lowest fees and has numerous use cases for Coinbase and Kucoin. Currently, I believe Blocktrade's best exchange is with Litecoin on Binance. Exchanging Litecoin on Binance would cost around 0.1% in trading fees, some of the lowest in the market. Bitcoin Cash used to be relevant until the market crash, which significantly hurt every single coin on Kucoin. Binance continued to have much more volume this month than any other exchanges.

Other low fee coins include Dogecoin, Dash, Bitcoin Cash, and Bitshares.

The high fee coins are Ethereum and Bitcoin.

Bitcoin Cash lost it's relevance once Litecoin proved to be a far superior form of transaction with it's partnerships and new technologies such as Litepay. Litecoin has some of the lowest transaction fees, comparable to Bitcoin Cash without the need to emulate an original coin.

Dash is a decent coin as well, but it's not a core on Coinbase.

Dogecoin is cheap! Sadly, it's only relevant on Bittrex (0.25% transaction fees) and some other exchanges with hefty exchange fees.

Bitshares is in a similar situation with Doge on Bittrex, and it's use is overshadowed by Dan's invention of Steem and EOS. I wouldn't use Bitshares to exchange.

That leaves us with the only relevant coin to use on Blocktrades: Litecoin

Litecoin works on all the major exchanges while fulfilling a major role as a low-fee currency.

Litecoin distinguishes itself here on Coinmarketcap. Note how Litecoin has more than double the volume compared with Bitcoin Cash. This is a significant indicator that Bitcoin Cash has less purpose or use case than Litecoin.

        look @ volume of 4 & 5

I can show some examples of transactions I have recently made using blocktrades.

4 cents, to be exact on a more secure, well established network

The Litecoin community has been mining for a considerable amount of time, 7 years to be exact. It has a much more proven track record than Bitcoin Cash. Although Bitcoin Cash is one of the few coins with proof-of-work, it cannot stand up to it's competition of the original. With Litecoin serving a practical role as currency, exchanges like Gdax and Binance will benefit most from the exchange of Litecoin from Blocktrades.

This coin has established itself as the silver to Bitcoin's gold. It's attributes similar to silver can be identified and used efficiently as a medium of exchange. Would you guys say Bitcoin Cash is still relevant? Of course, I still believe there are opportunities to profit off BCash, but I do not see it's relevance in comparison with the competition.

Bitcoin & Elliott Wave Principle

Corrections are usually marked by a tradition A, B, C wave pattern.

Note 0.382 is the inverse of 0.618, the Golden ratio or Phi that is a law of nature described in the book.

The 5 motive-3 corrective wave principle has been shown to move along and bounce off of the common numbers we see while using Fibonacci. There are stricter rules listed in the book.

The wave theory here indicates Bitcoin will retrace to around $10, 200 and bounce up from there.

As another note, a complete cycle involves 5 motive waves up and 3 corrective waves down. This is Elliot's science and the 5-3 sequence has been described as the definitive sequence a cycle must follow to be in accord with Fibonacci.

These are Jay's work with Elliott Wave and he has watched these charts bounce in accordance with the Elliot Wave. We assume there are bots online that are programmed to follow Elliot Wave. It seems to be the lowest risk method in terms in trading. Again, I highly recommend this book. The book points out clear patterns the market cycles through similarly to other cycles found in nature, music, and other fields of study. The scientific theory in the book combines elements of math, science, and psychology to incorporate sensible actions made by bears and bulls independent of news events (FUD, FOMO). While FUD and FOMO affect a trader's ability to make a calculated decision, Elliot Wave principle is a refined art of market prediction independent of current bias.

Exchanging Litecoin on Binance would cost around 0.1% in trading fees,

It cost you nothing 0.1% is reasonable. Thanks for sharing @kevbot

Nice information brother.today I saw your total post and realise that your information about varius type of coin is totally real.thanks for share

Litecoin is a fork of bitcoin, not really an "original coin" :P

It's a fork, but it's not trying to emulate what bitcoin is already trying to do. I'm just merely stating it has it's own independent function with it's own brand.

Ahhh true 😌

i will try to use it lets see how it goes thanks for sharing by the way :)

i used eth transaction one time recently and it was sent and confirmed in seconds i thought it was a miracle lol :D

Eth has a bit more fees. I tried almost all the coins to exchange on Blocktrades.

Litecoin is the one to go for small transaction! Ethereum may be beneficial for larger transactions as opposed to btc :)

on blockchain the fees have gone drastically down btc fees is only $0.30

Litecoin will be the next bitcoin

but is Blocktrades with Litecoin safe >? i am confused

I have been exchanging my SBD to Litecoin as I think it will be doing well this year, Bitcoin Cash is still mysterious i think, i would hold some just in case

I agree very much that Litecoin is the best SBD trade.

Bitcoin cash is valuable too. It tries to become what Bitcoin should be for people who use it as currency. I'm really hoping Bitcoin will have low fees on most decent exchanges. This is the reason why I have so little in Bcash.

Recently, I haven't been doing much trading aside from adjusting my portfolio to be, in my opinion, always in the right position to make a market move up or down. I've settled with managing instead of trading until I feel confident in my knowledge to make confident & consistent moves. There's so much I don't know!

However, I do know Litecoin is a superior alt-coin to Bitcoin Cash! Just a bias ;)

Yes rather than getting confused which bitcoin is the real bitcoin, it benefits litecoin. Litcoincash is now listed on coinmarketcap too

I don't really get this, why will lightcoin ? Nice work though

I sell Steem/SBD to Doge and convert to BTC via #Coinpot to save fees ;)
