Crypto Bloodbath Continues

Is it FUD or is this the end? I call more FUB bombs. ‘‘Tis trend may continue until we see some good news. What kind of news? News that one of a major turn in views on crypto form one of these countries that made al this FUD to begin with.

Maybe China will change their views maybe regulators in Korea will relax a bit on what they feel are illegal activities.

Maybe when the stock market falls enough that real institutional money will flip to crypto.

We won’t know until we get there. As bad as the last week weeks have been. It is sure to be so grand when we see green even double digit green for days in end building the market cap back up over 700 billion again and pushing at all time highs again.

What do you think? We will see a bull run soon or are we fighting with the bears for weeks to come?

"What do you think? We will see a bull run soon or are we fighting with the bears for weeks to come?"

I think weeks at least, probably months at least, but longterm nothing fundamental has changed.

Bitcoin/crypto just kind of does this, where whenever it spikes it gradually comes back to earth before stabilizing and running again.

The mainstream press and haters and stuff will of course start to talk about the "crash" of bitcoin, but there's really no reason it shouldn't fall some after spiking so much.. and like you say it can only get so low before institutional money and others start to think it's cheap and need to get in.

All the FUD news that comes out. Then they change the headlines to " Shit I mean regulate not BAN"

That is one huge issue in the space now. I mean if they release just plan fake news about this market it will take even longer.

Ya, for sure. I don't think they can do too much to stop it longterm, but with the right timing they can probably exacerbate the downtime and make it last longer and whatnot.

If I was plotting against Bitcoin I'd wait until it hit its natural correction period to roll out the hit pieces.

I think the bear market will continue with brief moments of bull like we had yesterday Saturday. As you say, until something drastic and dramatic happens to counter the FUD, some genuinely solid positive news from the very countries/institutions that are causing the FUD in the first place. It's sad that the Wild West era of crypto is coming to an end (infuriates me actually that I might have missed the window for life-changing financial gains) but that is the pain we are going through right now.

Right, Maybe is a large project can finish ahead of schedule. Like EOS or IOTA it will help to ease some FUD and show the masses that blockchain can run the world. Much like when the Internet finally took off.
