In September 30th SEC will allow or reject or delay CBOE ETF. ETF is exchange trading fund which is important for us. Especially investment company can come and price will go like rocket. We may see 10 times gain because of the news.
However I believe SEC will make another delay which will take us to 2019. So after the news market will dump a little. But if reject Then I will all my funds to usdt. People are hoping for this and if they see negative from SEC many people will do the same.
I think till September 30th we are going to go up. May be we can go to 10k btc who knows. I am not thinking about pump of alts. Btc dominance will be above 50% but we may see gains in good coins who dipped a lot.
I am thinking to short or converting to usdt if I see reject or delay.
