THE RUSSIAN CENTRAL BANK AND THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE WILL WORK TOGETHER TOWARDS THE ADOPTION OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES AND ICO’S.
Durante el pasado mes de enero, el Ministerio de Finanzas de Rusia publicó el borrador de una ley sobre las criptomonedas que incluía definiciones claras sobre los términos criptomoneda, ficha (token), minería y ICO (Oferta Inicial de Moneda). En su momento, el ministro aseguró que existían discrepancias con el Banco Central acerca de la posibilidad abierta de intercambiar criptomonedas por Rublos, la moneda nacional de Rusia, por divisas extranjeras y otros activos o propiedades.
