I would say now it does not depend on speculation any more we have already went through that. Maybe the first steps of the bull run but bitcoin should be started being applied as the actual payment method if it should get to those numbers. As long as it will be able to perform as a stable, secure, cheap and reliable payment method it can easily get to those numbers.
