Quick Realizations as a Crypto Noob

No matter how annoying a day in crypto can be, there are plenty of memes to turn that mood around. There have been moments where certain memes had me cracking up for a good couple minutes. All you have to do is go on reddit or telgram and you are sure to find one.

Although full of information, this place is the epicenter of delusional investors. The magnitude of investors talking whales, price manipulation, "to the moon", and butthurtness is to a level I can't describe. It is highly entertaining for me though. It is almost as entertaining as reading Incel posts.

Don't blindly follow Youtube crypto experts

Don't get me wrong. There are some great Youtube creators but even some of the highly touted ones flow endlessly with the market fluctuations. They go from bear market downers to bull market hardons in a matter of a couple days. I respect the ones who just talk about updates in the news and stay away from their conclusions because they are always wrong. The ones that stick to their conclusions are also refreshing as well.

How fast you can stop giving a shit about fluctuations

I may be biased since I got into this in November so I saw how you can make money quick and lose it just as fast but I almost don't give a shit anymore. At first I cared about losing my money but now I could care less. I also only invested about 10% of my net worth so I was smart about it. The benefits far outweigh the cons at this point of my life. I will have rock hard solid nads if I ever enter the regular stock market with their minuscule fluctuations.

The Annoying Noob

When you first start out, you can't stop yourself from talking about how great crypto is to others who aren't involved yet. You quickly realize you were once that crypto douche.

I still have no fucking clue why I really invested in this coin. I was new to crypto and it sounded fantastic to get into without researching much haha. The hilarity of the shit talking on reddit, memes, bitching from investors about Justin Sun's announcements, moons, and delusional optimism pretty much solidifies my position to ride this dirty all the way to 0 or out past Pluto.
