Like the Omisego scam before it, today there is an airdrop scam which will offer to give you bonus District0x tokens but which will ask you for your private key and steal all your ETH. https://district0x.net/blog/airdrop/
NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PRIVATE KEYS FOR ANY REASON! ALL SOMEONE NEEDS IS YOUR
