Any unauthorized businesses or individuals utilizing the trademark and brand of “Autonio Foundation”, identity of its current or previous team members, partners and advisors will be liable for legal action.
At the time of writing this, there are two websites operating under the name and brand of “Autonio” that have no affiliation with Autonio Foundation Ltd. They are auton.io and autonio-asia.com

Autonio Foundation Next Steps:

DAO Transition:
This transition towards a DAO has already begun and the overall strategy has been laid out in a utility driven practical process. We are exploring different tools and at the moment plan on utilizing the Aragon platform as the framework to distribute power and control. Autonio updates channel, helpdesk, Autonio Foundation medium and twitter will be utilized for all official communications between the community, stakeholders and active team members.
Token holders can sign-up on autonio.foundation to stay updated and become a part of the DAO.

Open Sourcing:
During this quarter, Autonio Trading Terminal will be open-sourced for outside developers to collaborate and integrate customized trading algorithms, indicators and make the most of the existing Trading Terminal infrastructure.
Autonio Foundation’s authorized partners will provide support to developers and businesses interested to utilize the Autonio Trading Terminal or DEX.

NIO/NIOX rebrand:
While Autonio foundation transitions to a DAO, a majority of the Autonio Foundation core members have decided to sharpen its focus on a specific aspect of our ecosystem. It retains Autonio Foundation’s mission of building a prosperous community around algorithmic trading, utilizing its open-source technology and token as its foundation. This idea of a “rebrand” came from the community itself and we all believe that with a sharper focus and restructuring we can create a product that is better positioned to bring value to its users and result in growth bringing value for its stakeholders.

Autonio Foundation will be publishing information on the above mentioned steps in dedicated posts every Saturday followed by a monthly progress report.
