Just keep in mind that blockfolio does store your portfolio information on their servers. Mainly so if you get a new phone they can help you restore it ... but they could use this information or sell it if they desire.

Portfolio Data
As a User of the Blockfolio Properties, you may choose to enter the details of your cryptocurrency transactions into your portfolio(s) on the Blockfolio Properties (the “User Portfolio Entries”). If the exchange that handled your cryptocurrency transaction allows syncronizing with the Blockfolio Properties, you may also choose to synchronize data from these other third party sites into your portfolio(s) on the Blockfolio Properties (the “Synced Entries” and collectively with the User Portfolio Entries, the “Portfolio Data”). You hereby certify to the Company that any information in your Portfolio Data is owned by you or that you are validly authorized to carry out transactions regarding such Portfolio Data. The Company does not verify the accuracy of Portfolio Data. The Blockfolio Properties provide a summary of the Portfolio Data for you to manage your portfolio(s) in one location within the Blockfolio Properties.

You retain all your ownership rights in your Portfolio Data. You shall be solely responsible for your Portfolio Data and the consequences of submitting and synchronizing your Portfolio Data on the Blockfolio Properties. The Company, in its sole discretion, may reject any submission of Portfolio Data for any reason. The Company may share, sell or rent aggregated Portfolio Data with third parties to compile usage trends and statistics, for research purposes, and for other general analysis. Hey Rok, is there a way to get this app to sound an alarm when a price target is hit ?

Have this app but can't figure out how to get the alarm to SOUND off... AND I really don't, nor want to start looking at this app every 20 minutes or sooner.

Okay... Thanks Rok, will try again to get the feature to work.

Have read that some android devices can "defeat" the alarm on Blockfolio if there is a battery saving control that turns off things, like this alarm feature.

hmmm, not too sure about that bit.

if that is the case, I'd imagine there'd probably be some way to tweak the settings such that it could keep active, though I don't use Android anymore so wouldn't know how...

I check it WAYYYY to often. I need to give myself a goal to not check it at all for a few days considering I don't plan on trading anytime soon.

True dat. Hence, the reason for my warning - it could get pretty rough without the emotional stability to handle seeing price fluctuating so much. Though, if handled well and looking at more than just profit/loss, keeping a close eye could be helpful with tuning more into price movements and planning when exactly to get in and out of trades and investments.

you mean actually buying/selling through the app?

if so, cannot. for monitoring portfolio only, this one doesn't link directly to your exchange accounts.

if just buy/sell in general on Bittrex, that's a whole other topic, and one you have to take responsibility for figuring out yourself.
