Digitalbits is a project that is set to revamp and set massive adoption and acceptance of digital currencies and blockchain technology as a whole.
My focus this time around shall be on the overview of DIGITALBITS architecture. DIGITALBITS architecture consists of 3 key components namely:
- The Frontier
- DIGITALBITS core (The backbone)
- DIGITALBITS Networks.
Let me succinctly explain how these components work in the DIGITALBITS blockchain.
The Frontier: The Frontier acts as a facilitator for transactions in the DIGITALBITS platform, while still providing and encouraging a restful API in the DIGITALBITS ecosystem. The frontier acts as a check and balance between the developers and the individual accounts in the platform. Using the Frontier, the application developers interact with the Restful APIs
Through the web server by simply using commands and tools such as DIGITALBITS SDK, DIGITALBITS javascript, Java, Go-based SDK etc.
The DIGITALBITS Core: This is the backbone of DIGITALBITS network as a whole. The DIGITALBITS core interacts with some chosen subsets of other instances in other to validate and agree on every transaction that passes through the DIGITALBITS network and consensus protocol. The DIGITALBITS consensus protocol (DCP) is a protocol that is based on stellar Lumen XLM consensus protocol (SCP).
DIGITALBITS Network: The DIGITALBITS network is the unison of interconnection of DIGITALBITS cores which is being operated by different entities and partners around the world (globally). The DIGITALBITS blockchain will surpass every other project to bringing into reality a massive adoption and acceptance of digital currencies and blockchain technology as a whole.
