Ethereum: A newbies perspective.

Having only the last 3 months of cryptocurrency knowledge to go by I wanted to make a simple observation of those 3 months.

First of all fees will kill you when making a transfer from on account to another. I bought my 1st $25 bucks worth of bitcoin on corn-based and was OK with the 3.99 dollars to make that purchase. I was a bit taken back after transferring the balance to my copay wallet and remember saying to myself "ohhh I get it, that's how they make their money and all this stuff has value". Truly I felt robbed that my $23 initial investment was now a measly $16 and change.

My second purchase was $35 of Ethereum which I decided to let sit in coinbase's coeffeurs until I can add to the amount and either keep or trade for some kind of marijuana token such as POT or THC. After watching the market take a dive the last week or so I noticed ETH is one of the few coins that managed to ride the tide so to speak and didn't take such a downward spiral as the other sections I have in my limited portfolio

From what I've learned in this game of cryptocurrency thus far I think I'll just continue to invest and sit on both Ethereum and XRP ripple and continue to look in to building a nice mining rig to acquire other altcoins and trade my mined currency in to Cobinhood's Cob and Steemit's Steem and maybe even look in to getting some power from Power Ledger.. Until then thanks for reading my thoughts .
