This is another great article by Philipp Sandner from the Frankfurt Business School about Germanys new crypto law.

Key Points

  • Crypto assets finally on institutional grade
  • Germany is a frontrunner (as a German I almost cannot believe this 😂)
  • Security Tokens apply to traditional law while BTC and Ether differ with new legislation
  • A Euro Coin is absolutely necessary (indeed!)
  • The Urkundenpflicht needs to die
  • Investments needs to increase and become easier
