January 10th is the deadline and getting error to withdraw for Tidex

January 10th is the deadline to withdraw all the balance from Tidex as they have decided to discontinue Steem.
However, I am getting error during the transfer. Error : "Cant verify the address"
If anyone has idea what is the attachment?
