The Wyoming tax bill introduced to exempt certain property goods will promote tax avoidance, which is TOTALLY LEGAL - and, in fact, is good news! However, it all boils down to interpretation of the bill's provisions. Moreover, the IRS has hinted on the taxation of cryptos under the Capital Gains Regime. Although, considering the insufficient guidelines set out by the IRS with respect to cryprotaxation, I see loopholes being created and 'smart' crypto investors using the law to their advantage.
