It's clever scam attempted through emails that usually target new coin DEV's, and the sender always claims to be the Administrator at Poloniex, the message is followed with an offer to host the ICO or have the coin listed on their exchange for various BTC prices.
Don't attempt to contact Poloniex as I have, they don't even bother to respond or raise awareness that someone out there is using their name to scam people .
I personally have been targeted with such a message since we are about to have Tomahawkcoin introduced through an ICO, but I realized the email being spelled wrong and that was a red flag, also that is @ gmail and not company .
Please pay real attention to detail and raise awareness as soon as you have the chance, as I have and I'm sure "Busoni" doesn't only target Developers but everyone else involved in cryptocurrency.
