The ever-colourful Adam Todd has continuously and repeatedly stated that the Digitex team have enough funds.
Now let's make this clear, if Adam doesn't have funds and needs funds he will do anything to get them. He has done this with his introduction of the Digitex Treasury, which whilst not part of the original whitepaper became a necessity after he presumably:
Blew all his ICO funds. 2. Held the Ethereum that was raised all the way from the near top to the bottom. 3. A mix of both.
So on to the Digitex Treasury which began officially on March the 1st 2019. The fruitful treasury results in 10m DGTX tokens being released every 3 months into a smart contract and sold. Take note that the Digitex Treasury is sold 'at a premium above the market price and NEVER under 5 cents'.
However despite this he often said that the treasury funds were not yet a necessity and were in fact Digitex raising money to have in reserve.
This is the part where it starts getting interesting.
With all that mentioned. Digitex does NOT need funds ASAP because Adam Todd says they don't. Fair enough.
In that case why then would he purchase 1 million DGTX tokens from his own treasury, instantly pocket the Ethereum he had spent and then quickly siphon the DGTX tokens to the most liquid exchange that DGTX is listed on?

Peculiar yes? In that case what would be the possible theories for this?
Was Adam just using the vastly superior security of the Mercatox hot wallet to hold his funds? The same Mercatox that had previously had their hot wallets compromised?
Yes that seems highly plausible.
Was he in dire need of cash and needed to sell the tokens to pay an unforeseen or extra bill?
Perhaps.
Did he slowly offload the tokens and then seek to instigate a pump in the last 2 days and beyond by running through the market with his new found gift of $30,000 courtesy of his ever loyal Digitex Community?
The situation appears that it may been planned in advance. On the same day the sensational jaw dropping life changing new interface was unveiled the market was given a little push by Adam.
On the same day Team tokens were also unlocked. Note that the tokens were not yet distributed which seems out of character based on previous unlocks. Does this suggest he did not want to take the risk that his own team would ruin his fake instigated party?
Perhaps
Was he tricked into doing it by a hypnotist?
Perhaps.
Who knows the real reason. As always, poor sweet Adam is blameless.
Final thoughts
These are just some of the many possible theories. There may well be other theories which may be more or less sinister.
Perhaps Adam could shed some light on this issue or perhaps he could have SmartDec concoct a biweekly report that he could cower behind.
Perhaps he will just remain hidden as always.
Perhaps he will admit it.
Perhaps he will deny the whole thing and then have the full proof that it was him released publicly.
