Two-factor authentication and how to set it up

in crypto •  6 years ago  (edited)

The use of different tools in crypto world can sometimes be confusing and uneasy for newbies and also oldies. This is because we know that technology evolves always and as humans we need to also evolve or get left behind.

Recently, Binance announced a competiton in which people can choose from various topics. They are then expected to make a video illustrating the topic of choice. I decided to choose a topic that bothers on the account protection using two-factor authentication.

More information can be found here:

https://www.binance.vision/competition.html

I made a video on it and posted on youtube.

In the video I explained the meaning of Two-factor authentication, how you can set it up on binance and the importance of it. Here is it.

Good morning. I don't mean to be nosy but I notice you hold your crypto (steem) on the Steem site. Given that you are aware of 2FA and the need to secure your Funds I would suggest you get a personal crypto wallet to hold it in, or use Binance to trade it for bitcoin and hold that in your personal wallet. I learn this the hard way. here are some suggestions.
