The fact that crypto is blowing up doesn't bother me at all, but what does is the incompetence of many people as it relates to the topic. Go on youtube and you will find thousands of videos made by self-professed gurus who claim to know Bitcoin or Ethereum like it's their fucking job. Everyday new videos are posted, many claiming that Bitcoin will crash, or will exceed $1,000,000, or that the whole market is doomed and the best course of action would be to sell. Let's face it people, no one knows how much Ethereum will be worth in 10 years, or any cryptocurrency for that matter. They could all crash to 0 USD tomorrow and we wouldn't know the cause. This is how speculative and volatile markets work. In no way am I an expert on the matter, but one piece of advice would be to rigorously research a cryptocurrency before purchasing it. Make your own decision after taking the market cap, platform dynamic, and how you wish to utilize the coin into consideration; do not rely on YouTube videos that purport that some unknown coin will be worth millions by 2026.
