About the token.
Ticker: LQB / Liquidbot
Price: 0.025 ETH or 40 LQB / ETH (currently about $10)
Use: 1 token is 1 month subscription to the website.
Supply: Uncapped during the crowdsale. Tokens are created as they are bought in the ICO, no additional tokens can be created once the ICO ends.
Use: 1 token will buy a month's full feature access subscription to the services we offer through our website.
Allocation: Almost all of the total supply will be tokens that were bought in this ICO. We do not reserve tokens for the team. Any tokens the team holds will be tokens that we ourselves bought in this ICO.
We did, however, add a function which will allow us to receive 5000 tokens for airdrops and promotion.
Distribution: The tokens will be distributed instantly once payment has been received, we considered sending them out after the end of the token sale, but there is too much that can go wrong with transactions when using this approach. However, we will not take initiative to list it on exchanges until the ICO is over and a payment gateway is active on our website.

Liquidbot is an algorithm based service we plan to launch next year. It will feature an algorithm which is completely developed by us over the past two years, and we finally agreed that it's ready to introduce to the public.
We want to open it for the public to give back to the community. Ever since we discovered crypto around 2013 - 2015, we got interested in the tech and possibilities behind it. Instead of spending our days trading, we spent them coding, learning how markets move, how indicators behave. And with all that free knowledge we gathered, we feel that we have to share some of what we learned.
Second, we need some capital to hire specialized people for a few aspects of the website and server software. Right now we're building it to the best of our abilities, but we want to have it perfect before we make it public, this crowdfunding will help us achieve that.
We are currently refactoring some parts of the code, finishing other parts, and still building on minor ones.
For instance, the server software and algorithm itself are as good as done, the website to run the bots and tweak their settings is still largely a draft, it's missing a presentable interface and the visualisation of the algo is currently done in a separate program. We would prefer to integrate that into the website.
In order for us to be able to do what we really want to do, namely focus our full attention on developing, we need capital. Right now we are running the algo while we are working on it, which is not optimal at all.
Besides all that, having a community that's using your creation is just more fun.
