I have read and heard somewhere that "money cannot buy happiness." It may be true, but it does give you a comfortable life. "Oh, he is so poor; he only has money!" I started to get confused. How do you define rich and poor? Is it based on how much you're net worth is or is it based on how much you have that money can't buy?
With more people getting into the cryptocurrency trading, I wonder if they are getting rich with it? I certainly am making some money out of it. I am still scared to gamble what I cannot afford to lose. I am only trading a few hundred dollars once in a while. But I noticed that between crypto-trading and stocks trading, I am losing more interest in my current job. Every time I see my paycheck, I wince.
So, I started to educate myself further with chart analysis, TA, FA, candlestick etc. I watch videos of people that are doing successfully in stocks and crypto. I sometimes think that I am late getting in the stock market ( the market has been an all-time high for years now.) I always think that when I start to actually get active on it, the market will hit a "reset."
So, I remain poor. the fear is hampering me from getting in it full throttle. I start to envy the people that got rich and are still currently rich. I feel sorry for myself not knowing about this, five, ten or fifteen years ago. Now, I am in my early forties, and I don't feel that the saying, "life begins at forty," applies to me.
I then start to look outside my own backyard, my friends, family, and relatives. They have the same situation as I am. They work their ass out so hard but no savings, let alone an emergency fund. My only advantage is I don't have any debt. The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. Get rid of the middle class. Cliche!
I am writing this because I want to challenge myself. I want to get out of my comfort zone and raise the bar higher. I want to share my journey. I would love to hear some advice too. I am from Canada so it should be applicable in my country. I don't want to be poor anymore. I don't want the feeling of not being able to help out other people because you have nothing yourself. I can do this!
Knowing what u doing w it is more important
