Today I want to share with you my portfolio of cryptos, stating the reasons why I believe (or don't believe anymore) in what I invested.
Currently I am holding 15 coins/tokens though I have been disappointed by a few, which I regret having bought months ago; anyway every mistake turns into a life lesson whose value is much greater than the loss it caused, that's for sure.
This is my portfolio:
EDGELESS
This is a project I really believe in and it is the only one that has already made me a good return as it has doubled its value since when i bought it. It is an (almost) edgeless casino and I think that it is going to get a good adoption by world users in the following years.
ETHER
I bought fractions of ether multiple times in the last two months, seeing them profit and then losing all the gain and even more. I still believe in the project as it's the first of his kind and I find Vitalik a genius, but I am not as hyped as I was when I first discovered it.
I have understood what his flaws are and although they are not so crucial, you should definitely check out other similar projects such EOS, STRATIS or NEO because they may reveal to be better investments for the long term.
NEO
This is China first open source project, and it is based on the concept of dapps. Actually this is more kind of a bet for me, as I haven't carefully read the white paper but I like their idea and then... it's China first open source project!
BITCOIN
Bought bitcoin at an average price of 2500$, very curious about what's gonna happen today with Bitcoin Cash and Segwit2x. Personally I don't think Bitcoin will crash and I see it back at 3000$ soon as Segwith is may solve his scalability problems. Anyway, if I see that something doesnt' work with this new implementation I'm gonna cash out everything and wait.
WAGERR
I invested in the ICO at round 14, when the price was 0.70$ per coin. It has not produced any return yet, but I really believe that this is my best investment: wager market is huge and peer to peer betting is something neat! Let's see if it gets mainstream adoption.
BITQUENCE
I invested in this ICO the first day, when the price was 5000 coins per ETH, as I quickly saw a potential in it. It simplifies crypto investments for normal people with his 'baskets' of coins, thus I hope it will reveal to be useful to spread crypto potential around the world.
ZENCASH
This investment has been my biggest mistake. I bought this coin (which is a fork of the more famous ZCASH) roughly a month ago when a facebook user hyped it, saying it was gonna grow just as his 'ancestor'. Eventually it has lost 80% in value since when I bought it.
This is why you should never take other people words as granted and always do your own research.
DAO.CASINO
A protocol for online decentralized casinos: sounds cool, very cool. They have had some issues with the recent Parity hack, but they're back on track and even if it's another ICO I invested in, it has solid fundamentals and the team is well organized.
GOLEM
I invested in Golem very late and that's the main reason I have been losing money since then. I liked the idea of a supercomputer to help with heavy computing tasks, but actually I am not so sure of it. I have a low percentage and will hold it for some more time, to see how it grows up.
BANCOR
A youtuber and programmer I find very smart deeply explained what this protocol for token exchange does and I see some potential. Not my most solid investment, but only time will tell.
LBRY CREDITS
The idea behind it all is very cool. The question is, though: do we really need blockchain to do it? Not so sure.
It may be a big mistake from my part to have invested in it after all the hype, but this is another lesson that will improve my future investments.
SIACOIN
If it gets mainstream adoption, decentralize cloud storage has a huge potential. I am holding this until the end, because I believe it is a revolution. The fact that your files will no more be owned by multinational companies like Amazon or Google sounds fascinating and it's worth the investment itself.
RIPPLE
Banks have money. Ripple is for banks. Why not?
Although this coin isn't in line with the blockchain vision of the world, it has undoubted profit potential.
STRATIS
As I said before, Ethereum has got some flaws: one of them is that it is difficult to develop dapps on it. Stratis helps with the implementation of C# coding, which a lot of developers will prefer to Solidity. Keep an eye on it as it may see an Ethereum-like growth.
BASIC ATTENTION TOKEN
My first and worst investment. With it I learned that earning millions of dollars in seconds during ICO isn't a good point for a project. I also learned to read whitepapers and develop my own idea about everything, while don't trusting any promoter or pumper 'suggestion'.
Thanks for reading, hope this explanation will help you beginner investor a little, and if it's not for the technical information (I still don't have that kind of knowledge) read it to avoid some stupid mistake I made.
go on like this, neo is great investment !!! and if you look for an alternative to daoCasino you can check out Edgeless.

Very good post. Interesting to see I'm not the only one that is thinking about this. Buy and hold for the upcoming 2 to 5 years and the market will find it's way. I was researching a way to find more info about the current cryptocoins on the market. Do you know this interesting site? https://www.coincheckup.com This site lets you check investment stats, And does a complete background analysis for every single coin. That's tradable on the market.
