What Are Proof Of Work and Proof Of Stake?

If you have followed my cryptocurrency for beginners video series from Lesson 1 up to Lesson 6 then you would by now have a pretty good feel for cryptocurrency.

In this Lesson 7 I briefly discuss what Proof Of Work (POW) and Proof Of Stake (POS) are and how they may effect your investing choice.

For those of you who want to get started with cryptocurrency but haven't got a clue where to start!
