Crypto Currencies

Gday,
Hey everyone just checking in to speak lightly about my recent crypto purchases and a little about what i know and what I'm trying to find out :)

My current holdings consist of

Bitcoin, DASH, and Golem in varying amount of each but only small (for now).
I intend to get some Ethereum if the price ever settles to a reasonable amount to buy in at also some litecoin and maybe some dogecoin just for a laugh.

Now bitcoin I bought as I heard from many people with much more knowledge in the area than me that its basically gold 2.0 and will continue to rise. But in saying that I'm not in it to become rich I simply enjoy new and futuristic things and I cant see this ever leaving.
DASH I bought just because I didn't really look to deeply into it so probably not thhe best investment grounds but I did it and I'll own it.
Golem is a company that I am very interest in (heres the link if you want to have a look https://golem.network/).
They are basically a decentralized super computer! Just the thought of that gets my inner sci-fi nerd all jittery haha but basically people loan their computing power for set periods of time over the internet and other people hire said power. pretty cool.

well thats it for now ill check in a little later on what im looking at buying and why.
