NEO crypto

NEO is falling down and down. It had really good price but now it seems that this is their end. Maybe I am wrong and drop of NEO is related with BTC drop, but even when BTC is going up, NEO is going down.

Even there is like it is going up, it is very low price. Is this the end of Chinese eth?
