I got mine as well transferred to Trezor and back to MEW (you always have to use high gwei (I used lower with failures out of trezor so I boosted to 60 gwei and 200000 gas limit and it went no problem.
I have spoken to David Siegel several times and he is helpful. He didnt quite understand the problems and when I figured it out I let him know.
