You'll need to list your new crypto-currency with one of the major exchanges like Bittrex. You we'll need to contact them directly and provide them with your coin’s url and answer some “qualifying questions”. If you pass the minimum requirements, they will list your coin on their Exchange. If after 3 months, people are not actively buying and selling your new cryptocurrency, then they may delist your cryptocurrency and prevent it from being traded.
There are literally thousands of new cryptocurrencies that utilize Bitcoin’s open source architecture. If you want to be successful in releasing a new cryptocurrency, you have to offer users with innovative features and benefits. After you have secured the software development personnel necessary to make your idea become a reality, then you will need to brainstorm to create something new and unique. My advise: any new feature that you build with your own source code—don't share it! There's no mandate, within the MIT license, that requires new “organic code” to be opensource. If you develop any new code or features, make sure that your specific code is encrypted. Although you may not encrypt any part of Bitcoin's original architecture or remove the MIT license, you may add an additional license in regards to any specific code that you develop.
