This Evareium does not offer anything different from all the other Real estate projects and tokens out there. 99% if not 100% of them have failed. but then i'm not advising you on any decision.

This is Dubai -based real estate platform so it's a genuine project. Otherwise , there's nothing special , I agree . Their CEO - Mark Wilson is a Principal and Co-Founder of Evarei Management LLC and the Evareium offering (www.evareium.io). Mark has over 16 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, corporate development and asset management. He has worked in private equity (Evarei), equity research covering the GCC real estate, industrials and building materials sectors and portfolio management (with a Dubai-based family office and Swiss bank Julius Baer) in Dubai, and was previously based out of London working for HSBC’s Investment Banking division in Corporate Finance and Advisory (M&A, Equity and Debt Financing Advisory) practice.
