STEEM PRICE UP
So if your like me and i'm sure everyone here is, coinmarketcap is my most frequently visited website (after Steemit of course) and you'll have noticed Steem has risen two places from 17th to 15th in total market cap and the price is now sitting at $2.21.
Is Steem firing up its boosters and getting ready for launch?
Well we all hope so.
Here is a quick look at how the rest of the major crypto's are doing today.
Bitcoin is holding steady in the $2700-$2800 range.
Ethereum is down at the moment sitting at $339 more then likely still due to the network congestion and other problems it's having at the moment.
Litecoin has dropped off a small bit and sitting at $47.
NEM has been pretty stable of late going up and down in the $0.18-$0.20 range and i'm just waiting for this to take off again, I can see it getting an itch to jump.
I certainly hope steem would skyrocket soon but fundamentally i think it support what i think. I thought hf19 would give a short correction to steem but i was wrong. With members only 200k now, it is very easy for steem to grow 5x and this should support the rise of steem.

Yes I was expecting a drop in steem price too, but it's still only early yet, a lot of people may have put these accounts to power down on Tuesday so they would come into effect next Tuesday, we'll see what happens

Steem hasn't even launched and has a huge market cap. In the long run steem should rival most big social media because of properly rewarding its amazing community. Steempower all the way :)

Would be great to see some things that creates real demand from the outside world for steem. At the moment it's just us feeding us. Wrote a small piece on things that I hope will improve and that's one of them.
