I also heard about this news, in the news I read that the government has allowed transactions to the bank on behalf of the original. this is done to avoid illegal activities, such as crime, money laundering and tax evasion. Our government in Indonesia has also been given input to legalize Crypto transactions, because the government will benefit from taxes, I hope it can be realized soon.
