Cut the middleman and do it yourself would be the best option for almost everything in life : ) But not for this. At least not in this time with the current conditions. Off course you need to find a decent mining company, otherwise you'll end up worse than before.
Anyway, if you have the skills, cheap energy and a cool environment you might want to run some simulations and see if may work for you.

I definitely recommend having your own equipment. Try both options and fail in cloud mining (scam) and in the other I was for 6 months then I left to devote myself to other things because the profitability was not so good. Friend, the more control you have over your investment, the more secure it is. Luck!
