Something I get asked all the time when discussing ICOs is, ‘how do I research an ICO?’.
It’s a great question – there’s an abundance of information out there, and the task of filtering through it to properly assess whether an ICO is a good investment or not can be overwhelming.
So, I’ve developed this beginners guide to researching ICOs to get people started. I hope this will point people in the right direction, and help guide their ICO research.

But now at days ICO is not about whitepaper or somthing technically .its all about which one is more hyped by the people and marketer will be the most successful ICO ,
like ETN which is having a bunch of negative things market cap of 40B and all but done their job by making such hype which leads it to make a decent amount of money.

I agree with you, but if you are investing for long term returns then you need to be sure that your money is going into projects that will succeed! And the only way to do that, is to research them :)
