Cryptocurrencies that can remove the middle man to assist the content developer are definitely worth consideration, however there are a few in the gaming streaming space already such as refereum. Not to mention existing platforms such as twitch.

Play 2Live would need to drag those established streamers away from existing platforms in order to be viable long term.
