No, they are not available in exchanges because they are new tools. In order to participate actively you could participate in the initial fundraising (usually sending ethereum to receive the corresponding in the currency they use for crowdfounding).

Or you should check for each one, which is the launch date of the ICO, and follow the developments until a possible adoption by the exchages.
