CESC The Portuguese Blockchain DREAM

I have been following and studying this portuguese cryptocurrency. I find curious how short is the market history of CESC coin. They propose a way out to the actual DEBT state of our country, PORTUGALL! They dream the value of 1 thousand by 2025. Its a kind of south european countries SIN, lets say! Why dont you have a look? For what i understand its a blockchain currency created by two portuguese guys. Nothing else is revealed apart from offering 15 CESC to each portuguese citizen! Its already available on exchanges website like NOVAEXCHANGE, but with a really small volume.Portugal is not only a place to visit, but it has the world on his atlantic coast! I BELIEVE ITS POSSIBLE TO BELIEVE ITS POSSIBLE!
