It occurred to me today, that while the crypto market is down, is a great time to be buying and hodling. That's a proven investment principle - buy low, sell high. But while you are waiting for the market to rise again (and we don't know how long that is going to take), why not earn some interest on the side by putting all your spare smarts into Smart Rewards?

After all, you aren't going to want to be cashing out your Smarts into your local currency until you can get a good price for them right? I personally am planning to buy another Amazon gift card from http://bitcard.io or even a local Australian gift card at http://www.bitcoingiftcards.com.au but I'm not going to be cashing out my Smarts right now while they're worth a lot less than they have been in the past. Plus, I need time to write a few more Posts on Steemit for Team Smartcash @smartcash, and accumulate a few more Smarts over the next few months.
Of course, there are many like myself, I am sure, who don't have the 1000 SMART required to make the April 25 snapshot and thus be eligible for Smart Rewards next month.
