Registering EOS Tokens? Help needed!

Hi guys!

Just need some help/advice. I have spent the last hour trying to understand the registering process of EOS tokens.

Long story short. I bought them on an exchange and have stored them in my exodus wallet.

How do I register my tokens? All help would be appreciated guys!
