Introduction
Hello and welcome today I will be reviewing the cloud mining site Hashperium. This site at time of posting has been up for 12 days and has a special where you get 135 Gh/s for signing up. Hashperium also makes the claim that you can earn 11% daily for life (https://gyazo.com/24fdd1f4fa162a8f35829394682bf172.) Another thing that you may have noticed is that they have "over 30 years combined experience in the Bitcoin mining scene we have the knowledge and experience we need to get the most from our Bitcoins." Well as a new cryptocurrency enthusiast myself this sounds like a great place to do cloud mining. But before I invest I'm gonna be looking at some key points about this site that will help determine whether this site is a scam or not.
Support
In this screenshot (https://gyazo.com/8780307db256fb5fc75d491c74820e6d) you can see the support page. On its support page it offers 24/7 support via Facebook, Email, and mail. But if you use mail you have to include your Email in the letter as the company only replies via email. In case you didn't know this is the same thing that the scam site Youhash (went down yesterday at time of posting this) did. Screenshot showing Youhash's Support mail address (https://gyazo.com/6b8d51b55bd24fffa71c0c51cbdcbc98.) But I shouldn't get ahead of myself and say that this is a scam site. I'm sure that the company doesn't want to pay money to mail letters is all.
FAQ
In this screenshot (https://gyazo.com/5649250c843d3a96cfc63b9c5dc48bd9) the F.A.Q is very short and simple. It tells you how to get bitcoin, how much you can deposit and withdraw, and insurance that all of your information is save. It doesn't say anythibg about the staff or why the site doesn't have any pictures of the rigs that they are using to mine the bitcoin that you invest with them. This to me is a big red flag, I don't know anyone from the company or how their mining the bitcoin that I'm giving my money to invest into. But maybe their Facebook page can help me clear up any doubts that I currently have.
Facebook Page
In this screenshot (https://gyazo.com/e0ee506c56dfe33e60641226373265d8) it shows the home page of their Facebook page. It currently only has one post announcing their site is up and that you get 100 Gh/s for signing up. If you look right next their post it says how this company is a NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION. Which is odd as you have to pay in order to use their equipment. Another worthy point is that people posting on their Facebook posts are saying how Hashperium is not responding to their questions. This goes against the claim that Hashperium says on its support, 24/7 Facebook support. Well maybe the people on Facebook are just haters. Let me see what other Forums say about this site.
Other Forums
The first thing I noticed when looking at forums on google was that anyone posting claiming that Hashperium was a scam had a low rating. Anyone saying it wasn't had a nearly perfect score. Screenshot showing google search, (https://gyazo.com/cf0735de6536885b716440cd564e993e) a review that I came across that was on thebestbinaryoptionsbrokers.net by the user John Novak. John makes the claim that it is impossible to make 11% daily with the price of bitcoin as volatile as it is right now. He also links an article explaining how bitcoin share difficulty's increase is making it less profitable. (If you are new to cryptocurrency I highly recommend reading this article as it is filled with necessary information regarding bitcoin and cloud mining. It will be left under sources.) I also thought that I should see if their are any posts on steemit reviewing Hashperium. I did manage to find one review for Hashperium but it only reviewed the functions of the site whilst promoting their referral link(also under sources.) Moving on, I'll be looking at Hashperium's payment plans and its invest with earnings function.
Payment Plans + Invest with Earnings
On the site their is no payment plans the only requirement is that you deposit the minimum amount of 0.0015 btc (worth $12.54 at time of posting) which will get you 395 Gh/s. This isn't a bad deal at all but if you want to instead invest Bitcoin from what your account's minings then all you have to do is deposit or have a referral deposit. Shown in this screenshot (https://gyazo.com/8e9efd326452eddd9ab06dbe7816c7e7) I find it odd how they wont accept bitcoin that has already been mined. It makes one think that their isn't any bitcoin being mined at all. But lets move onto the referral system used by Hashperium.
Referral System
Hashperium gives bonus hash power to its users for getting referrals who deposit.
Screenshot showing this (https://gyazo.com/4cc0286b432f418bab0520fec45175d7) it doesn't explain how the system works or how to increase your affiliate level such as no requirements for number of affiliates or amount that affiliates need to spend. For a feature on a site to have little to no explanation is quite worry some.
Conclusion
In conclusion, Hashperium is not a cloud mining site for Bitcoin but rather just a plain scam. I would categorize this as a Ponzi scam as they pay a few users to get users to claim that the site is paying and squeeze out as much bitcoin as they possibly can from its users. I am not going to be leaving the site under sources as for some reason that a user that sees this post, signs up as a joke and then doubts the evidence that has been provided leading to the user depositing and losing their cryptocurrency. Hopefully you can use some of the points that I made in this post in determining whether a cloud mining site is a scam or legit. As their has been an increase in scam cloud mining sites recently. Stay safe out there my fellow cryptocurrency enthusiasts.
