Bitcoin diggers drive the sale of graphics cards. According to the report of Jon Peddie Research, in 2017, they received $ 776 million in their hands.

"Gaming was the main driving force behind the sales of graphics cards, and this tre>quotend will continue, supported by the demand from crypto-rescuers," comments Dr. Jon Peddie, head of JPR, quoted in the report.
He claims that some players who, despite the increase in the price of graphics cards, decide to purchase them, can compensate for the costs incurred by digging cryptocurrency at a time when their computers are not used to play.

I looked at mining but realized the price of the rig etc wasn't worth it. Rather put the money into trading and would be less hassle.
