I’m excited to see Counbase looking to register with the SEC and become a licensed broker. We could see some lift to the ICO market if a registered US exchange can legally sell them. Thanks for the update!

      I dont think the SEC will allow it, without banning some coins. I think the answer lies in the ability to track sources. I could be wrong but i can't personally wait to see how they bend there rules to make it happen. If they do.
