I don't really get this ... how is creating a new carbon trading platform going to help slow climate change? if they are buying credits off the existing brokers how are they cutting out the middlemen? Is it their plan to create a central carbon bank?... Let the public really get involved don't just mesh into existing structures stand out and make a difference.
