I have done this through blocktrades before. I don't have any to convert right now but when I do I'll give it a try and confirm that it still works. Did you properly enter your bitcoin wallet? I'm really curious why this didn't work for you. That would suck to lose money in a transfer and I want to make sure it doesn't happen to me too.
