Hello! It appears there is some kind of misunderstanding. Both Steemit and Publish0x accounts are managed by the same person from the ChangeNOW team, so there is no plagiarism going on. I hope I was able to shed some light on this situation :)

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
