Is BitGrail exchange a scam ..?

I am not able to withdraw my BTC from last five days ..

No response from Support as well from last five days and i tried to contact them thru all mediums like Twitter Telegram .. No response

    you called it, only found this post now.
    I have tried to get my money for last 5 days from them, then find email that all the 17M nanos missing.
