It is really a sad thing see a relative lose their life or good health especially when it could have been easily avoided, it is estimated that over 1 million people die each year because of fake drugs, these are deaths that would have easily be avoided if they could have verified the authenticity of the drugs before taking it. And this issue of fake products is not only restricted to the pharmacitical industry, it is a tumor that has managed to worm it's way into the very fabric of society, anything ranging from the tea we drink to the clothes we wear could be a counterfeit and we would not know.

Fake products has so many negative effects in the world today, it is not just restricted to a certain class of people, In theory it might seem so harmless, afterall you might be thinking, what harm could a fake Gucci do? It can actually cause a lot of harm, i remember reading about celebrities who were spotted wearing fake designers, they are so rich and famous and can afford the real products but the fact is that they fell victim to the plague of fake product because let's face the truth, there is presently no way to verify the authenticity if products we use because manufacturers of counterfeit products are very good at making it look like the real deal.
