2018 two quarters have seen tumbling coins prices due too many exchange hacks, ICO scams and governments regulation attempts. This all happening due to overnight night millionaires and few billionaires world has seen via digital currency boom in 2017. Too many bad cypto news then good news has led one of the worst and longest ill time for decentralized currency life span.

I see a bright future ahead and current low market is best time to invest irrelevant to government rules.
