Crypto currency trading - How to beat the stop loss game. How stop losses work, how they manipulate you, and how to not make everyone else rich

Hello Steemers. John Here. After I discharged from the Navy in 2007, I worked briefly (about a year) on a prop trading desk in Washington DC that was owned by a former Navy officer. We traded MBS (mortgage backed securities) and got mopped up hard in the housing downturn.

I'm starting a video series on how the other side of the markets work against you, how you can read this for extra profit, and not get suckered in by the algo's.

Thanks for the insight John.

You will find traders everywhere, no matter what the underlying asset will be. I think that in the long run investors (long term) will dominate the marcet caps of the stong Cryptos (CC). A lot of the traders that trades CC nowadays are very new to trading. I try to trade as less as possible. Do you recommend a certain exchange for new traders? Have a great day and good luck with your trading.

Most of the exchanges are the same these days. I know poloniex has had problems with too many transfers.

Just remember that there are zero rules stopping the exchanges from breaking you out of your stops. Therefore, human nature will kick in and they will go grab that money.
