It seems that the ex Soviet states are getting on board with the crypto world. Putin is heavily involved with mining and other things.
As for coinbase....their ratings are worse than the cable companies which is pretty bad. A 4,000 increase in complaints in any industry is abysmal.

What are the issues though? I've heard of people getting banned from Coinbase without much factual reason, but I've never had an issue with them.

The video said that the complaints were up but didnt mentioned specifically what it was. He said he believes that a lot of it has to do with the fact that Coinbase takes a few days to get people their bitcoins when they buy them especially from a bank account. He surmised that upset people who really dont understand how bitcoin works and the time delays.
I never had it last more than a few hours which never bothered me because I am not momentum trading these...I buy to hodl.
