Some Commentary on the Ethereum Flash Crash

Austin gives some good commentary on what went down on Wednesday of this week when Ethereum flash crashed down to $0.10 on the Coinbase (Gdax) exchange. What are your thoughts on what happened? I feel for anyone who had margin calls out. Tough day.
