Your "Account ID" will be the address you send Stellar ( #XLM ) to
-You need to send 1 XLM to the account ID to activate it.
Your "Secret Passcode" will be what you paste into the login field
Once you get to the screen below, you'll need to Accept the assets you're want to trade with by clicking into the Accept Asset tab
Once you're in the Asset Tab simply click on the currency you want to trade and you will create a trustline with your account and the specific currency you're want to trade.
